The only personal data this site collects is what you submit through the contact form: your name, work email address, area of interest, and anything you write in your message. The site does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. We use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics to understand page traffic; this does not identify you personally.
We use your contact details solely to respond to your enquiry. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest: you have asked us to get in touch about our services. We do not add you to marketing lists, and we do not sell or share your details with third parties for their own purposes.
Form submissions are delivered to our sales inbox by an email delivery provider acting as our processor. Enquiry emails are retained only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, after which they are deleted in the normal course of mailbox housekeeping.
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email sales@ewacontrols.com and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
